A time is coming when my life and your life will end. We hope that you will be prepared to stand before God. One year, one month, a week, a day, or even one-minute from now...your heart could stop beating. Please don't gamble with your heart or your time on earth. You only get one life, one chance, this one opportunity on this planet. All of us must deal with our sin before God before we check out. Every person must repent of their sins and believe in Jesus Christ as Lord. Accept Jesus today in your heart and ask God to help you with any doubts or fears you may have right now.
The Word of God tells us that we are going to live forever. Heaven and Hell are the only two places we can go for all of eternity...it never ends. Please read the following with caution!
If anyone does not believe in Jesus Christ when their life ends...that's it; no second chances! This is your time... Right now! Don't waste it! Life could end in a minute. Go all-in with Christ and ask Him into your heart. Don't wait or hesitate...be bold with your soul! Don't worry about what others might think! Could you imagine going to hell because you were afraid of what someone else might think? Be bold with soul!
Now listen, you who say, “Today or tomorrow we will go to this or that city, spend a year there, carry on business and make money.” Why, you do not even know what will happen tomorrow. What is your life? You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes. Instead, you ought to say, “If it is the Lord’s will, we will live and do this or that.” As it is, you boast in your arrogant schemes. All such boasting is evil. If anyone, then, knows the good they ought to do and doesn’t do it, it is sin for them.
James 4:13-17
“Not all those who say ‘You are our Lord’ will enter the kingdom of heaven. The only people who will enter the kingdom of heaven are those who do what my Father in heaven wants. On the last day many people will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, we spoke for you, and through you we forced out demons and did many miracles.’ Then I will tell them clearly, ‘Get away from me, you who do evil. I never knew you.’ (Matthew 7:21-23).
For God so loved (YOU) the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. (John 3:16)
For Christ also suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God. (1 Peter 3:18)
I am the Living One; I was dead, and now look, I am alive for ever and ever! And I hold the keys of death and Hades. (Revelation 1:18)
Abraham was confidently looking forward to a city with eternal foundations, a city designed and built by God.
We are confident, I say, and would prefer to be away from the body and at home with the Lord.
Paul said; "For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain."
“Christ died for our sins. … He was buried. … He was raised on the third day, according to the Scriptures”
I can do all things through him who strengthens me.
Jesus told her, “I am the resurrection and the life. Anyone who believes in me will live, even after dying. Everyone who lives in me and believes in me will never ever die. Do you believe this, Martha?”
As it is written: “There is no one righteous, not even one.
for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
But God showed his great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners.
For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord.
If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
For man believes with his heart and so is justified, and he confesses with his lips and so is saved.
But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it (Mat. 7:13, 14).
For, “every one who calls upon the name of the Lord will be saved.”
Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word about Christ.
Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God’s wrath remains on them.
Whoever acknowledges me before others, I will also acknowledge before my Father in heaven. But whoever disowns me before others, I will disown before my Father in heaven.
And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.
For the grace of God has appeared that offers salvation to all people. It teaches us to say “No” to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age.
Now listen, you who say, “Today or tomorrow we will go to this or that city, spend a year there, carry on business and make money.” Why, you do not even know what will happen tomorrow. What is your life? You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes
God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it.
For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.
For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.
I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life. This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.
“Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me. My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am.
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).
Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me (Revelation 3:20).
If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved (Romans 10:9-10).
Ephesians 2:8,9
For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— 9 not by works, so that no one can boast (Ephesians 2:8-9).
If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you (James 1:5).
The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth (John 1:14).
Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will (Romans 12:1,2)
Then he called the crowd to him along with his disciples and said: “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me. For whoever wants to save their life will lose it, but whoever loses their life for me and for the gospel will save it. What good is it for someone to gain the whole world, yet forfeit their soul? Or what can anyone give in exchange for their soul? If anyone is ashamed of me and my words in this adulterous and sinful generation, the Son of Man will be ashamed of them when he comes in his Father’s glory with the holy angels” (Mark 8:34-38).
My Family recently and reluctantly posed just long enough for me to capture this photo. We were headed back home from our California Adventure Weekend trip when all of sudden I thought let's stop here and take in the sights. The view was as you can see spectacular, however, my perspective became even greater when I realized the backdrop of the photo and God's Creation. Man can build a bridge, but God can creates an awesome landscape.
"The Golden Gate" has a gruesome reputation of death and suicide attached with it's primary purpose, which is taking people from one side to the other. Death is one of those things that our mind tries desperately to block out. As I was listening to others, I had overheard a man telling someone about those who have leaped to their death. Immediately, my mind thought of another gate. This gate is the gate to life and this is what Jesus taught his disciples on the mount of olives.
“Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it.
I must pass on to you the whole truth, nothing but the truth so help me God. Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. Jesus is like the bridge to heaven! He alone can get us to the other side (Mat. 7:13-14).
The Bible says; "There is a way that appears to be right {to man}, but in the end it leads to death" (Proverbs 14:12). The way that appears to be right is my way. My way is not the right way, however, God's way is the right way. Religion is not the right way to God! It is a personal relationship with Jesus Christ that is the right way. James says; " Pure and genuine religion in the sight of God the Father means caring for orphans and widows in their distress and refusing to let the world corrupt you" (James 1:27). If you can recognize this feet is next to impossible (especially in our day) than you get it, Jesus is our only hope! Acts 4:12; gives us the only solution to this problem. Listen closely to what it says, it can save your soul from perishing into the eternal flames. There is salvation in no one else! God has given no other name under heaven by which we must be saved."
God's Word says; "Rescue" those who are being taken away to death; hold back those who are stumbling to the slaughter. If you say, “Behold, we did not know this,” does not he who weighs the heart perceive it? Does not he who keeps watch over your soul know it, and will he not repay man according to his work? (Proverbs 24:11, 12)
“Because he holds fast to me in love, I will deliver him; I will protect him, because he knows my name. When he calls to me, I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will rescue him and honor him (Psalm 91:14, 15).
If your hand is the reason you fall into sin, cut it off. It is better to go into life without a hand, than to have two hands and go into the fire of hell that cannot be put out. *There is where their worm never dies and the fire cannot be put out. If your foot is the reason you fall into sin, cut it off. It is better to go into life with only one foot, than to have two feet and go into the fire of hell that cannot be put out. *There is where their worm never dies and the fire cannot be put out. If your eye is the reason you fall into sin, take it out. It is better to go into the holy nation of God with only one eye, than to have two eyes and be thrown into the fire of hell. There is where their worm never dies and the fire is never put out. (Mark 9:43-48).

For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.” (Luke 19:10).
And to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, Jesus who delivers us from the wrath to come (1 Thessalonians 1:10).
Then the Lord knows how to rescue the godly from trials, and to keep the unrighteous under punishment until the day of judgment, (2 Peter 2:9)
When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth, for he will not speak on his own authority, but whatever he hears he will speak, and he will declare to you the things that are to come (John 16:13).
For everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved from the punishment of sin (Romans 10:13).
“Then the King will say to those on His left side, ‘Go away from Me! You are guilty! Go into the fire that lasts forever. It has been made ready for the devil and his angels. (Matthew 25:41).
The thief comes only to steal, kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full. God's warning to us of the Devil's plan. God wants you and I to see clearly. He knows that Satan is deceptive, crafty and will do anything including destroy everything in your life.
Be well balanced and always alert, because your enemy, the devil, roams around incessantly, like a roaring lion looking for its prey to devour. The word "alert" is as serious as any alert you could ever hear. If we do not live for God we are on a sinking ship. A gigantic titanic! Instead of an iceberg...it's the fire of hell, and it's forever. It is real! Can you say NO THANKS!
A final word: Be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on all of God’s armor so that you will be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil. For we [are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places.
The one who does what is sinful is of the devil, because the devil has been sinning from the beginning. The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the devil’s work.
For you are the children of your father the devil, and you love to do the evil things he does. He was a murderer from the beginning. He has always hated the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, it is consistent with his character; for he is a liar and the father of lies.
The one who does what is sinful is of the devil, because the devil has been sinning from the beginning. The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the devil’s work. No one who is born of God will continue to sin, because God’s seed remains in them; they cannot go on sinning, because they have been born of God. This is how we know who the children of God are and who the children of the devil are: Anyone who does not do what is right is not God’s child, nor is anyone who does not love their brother and sister.
Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word about Christ.
Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see. 2 This is what the ancients were commended for.
And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.
As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without deeds is dead.
When evening came, his disciples went down to the lake, where they got into a boat and set off across the lake for Capernaum. By now it was dark, and Jesus had not yet joined them. A strong wind was blowing and the waters grew rough. When they had rowed about three or four miles, they saw Jesus approaching the boat, walking on the water; and they were frightened. But he said to them, “It is I; don’t be afraid.” Then they were willing to take him into the boat, and immediately the boat reached the shore where they were heading.
The next day the crowd that had stayed on the opposite shore of the lake realized that only one boat had been there, and that Jesus had not entered it with his disciples, but that they had gone away alone. Then some boats from Tiberias landed near the place where the people had eaten the bread after the Lord had given thanks. Once the crowd realized that neither Jesus nor his disciples were there, they got into the boats and went to Capernaum in search of Jesus.
And a woman was there who had been subject to bleeding for twelve years, but no one could heal her. She came up behind him and touched the edge of his cloak, and immediately her bleeding stopped. "Who touched me?" Jesus asked. When they all denied it, Peter said, "Master, the people are crowding and pressing against you." But Jesus said, "Someone touched me; I know that power has gone out from me." Then the woman, seeing that she could not go unnoticed, came trembling and fell at his feet. In the presence of all the people, she told why she had touched him and how she had been instantly healed. Then he said to her, "Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace."
I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life. This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked of him.
What then shall we say about these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? Indeed, he who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, freely give us all things? Who will bring any charge against God’s elect? It is God who justifies. Who is the one who will condemn? Christ is the one who died (and more than that, he was raised), who is at the right hand of God, and who also is interceding for us. Who will separate us from the love of Christ? Will trouble, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword? As it is written, “For your sake we encounter death all day long; we were considered as sheep to be slaughtered.” No, in all these things we have complete victory through him who loved us! For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor heavenly rulers, nor things that are present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor anything else in creation will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.
for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. But they are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus. God publicly displayed him at his death as the mercy seat accessible through faith. This was to demonstrate his righteousness, because God in his forbearance had passed over the sins previously committed. This was also to demonstrate his righteousness in the present time, so that he would be just and the justifier of the one who lives because of Jesus’ faithfulness.Where, then, is boasting? It is excluded! By what principle? Of works? No, but by the principle of faith! For we consider that a person is declared righteous by faith apart from the works of the law.
For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever.
Rescue those being led away to death; hold back those staggering toward slaughter. If you say, “But we knew nothing about this,” does not he who weighs the heart perceive it? Does not he who guards your life know it? Will he not repay everyone according to what they have done?
“Son of man, I have made you a watchman for the house of Israel. Whenever you hear a word from my mouth, you shall give them warning from me. If I say to the wicked, ‘You shall surely die,’ and you give him no warning, nor speak to warn the wicked from his wicked way, in order to save his life, that wicked person shall die for his iniquity, but his blood I will require at your hand. But if you warn the wicked, and he does not turn from his wickedness, or from his wicked way, he shall die for his iniquity, but you will have delivered your soul.
And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather fear him who can destroy both soul and body in hell.
For as were the days of Noah, so will be the coming of the Son of Man. For as in those days before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day when Noah entered the ark, and they were unaware until the flood came and swept them all away, so will be the coming of the Son of Man.
You also must be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect.”
Envy, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these. I warn you, as I warned you before, that those who do such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.
“And there will be signs in sun and moon and stars, and on the earth distress of nations in perplexity because of the roaring of the sea and the waves,
At the young age of 8 years old, I knew God had placed a calling on my life. Ater High School, I attended Bethany Bible College in Santa Cruz California.
After Graduating the Lord led me to Coeur d'Alene, ID. for my interim with Darrell Johnsen where I met my husband Steve Rogers, the love of my life. We married on May 14, 1993, and life has not been the same sense, trust me!
Now, Nearly 27 years later and now over 14 years in Crescent City, CA –
It's 2020,
Tabi Marquis Rogers
I should be dead and in Hell right now... On September 4, 1982, I was involved in a major motorcycle accident that took the life of my friend and roommate while attending College and playing football at Portland State University. The impact of the accident killed my friend instantly. The only thing that I can hope for is that He called on Jesus in those last moments of his life. Many people have wondered how I lived after hitting a cement guardrail traveling at such a high speed. I can only say now it was by the prayers of my family and the grace and mercy of God.
The life I lived was more about me, myself and I than anything else. I nearly lost it that night on 14th & Washington Street in downtown Portland Oregon.
For the next six months I tried escaping the reality of what happened through drugs, alcohol and everything that goes along with it.
On Friday, February 19, 1983 while watching a varsity basketball game at the High School that I graduated in 1981. A friend of mine walked up behind me and said "Rogers, what are you doing here man?" Ronny, what's up man? I said; you look good dude; He had like this glow about his face.
I was uniformed about the spiritual things of God! He then started telling me about how He accepted Jesus into His heart and how God has changed his life in so many ways. I was amazed and more than anything I believed. God sent me a powerful witness that I knew well, and I could see something very powerful had happened in his life.
On February 20, 1983, the very next day I gave my heart and life to Jesus Christ. Powerful events led up to this decision and I can only tell you that for me it was supernatural to say the least.
I had this deep desire after asking Jesus to come into my life; to show me my purpose for living and who he was and what life was really all about.
Even though my reading skills were limited or lacking; kind of like my writing skills. I began reading God's Word. It came alive inside my soul! I know longer pondered the thought of God's existence; now I knew (God) He was real and alive. Because He was alive in me.
I was so grateful to be alive! I knew God had "Rescued Me" from the Grave and the Fire of Hell.
A few years prior to the accident. I recall a Concert that I attend at the "Rose Garden Arena" in Portland, Oregon. I was with my best friend at the time. David Lee Roth just finished a popular song to a sold-out crowd with thousands of screaming Van Halen fans; He said with a screaming voice "We're All Going To Hell?" All of sudden, even being stoned and drunk; I looked at my friend and said "Not Me, Man!" He said; Me Either! The last thing I ever wanted to do is burn in a fire forever!
I don't want anyone to go to HELL! It's as real as heaven! The Bible says; "It's forever!" There's no parole or time off for good behavior. The consequences are so grave and terrifying that you don't want anyone to die without Jesus, not even your worst enemy.
I want you to know that Jesus Christ died for you. He loves you and He's alive today. If you believe in Jesus, do not put him off any longer. Forever is forever and ever!
If you would like someone to lead you to Christ and Eternal Life; call me personally. I'm never to busy to lead someone to Jesus! Leave your name and number and the reason why you called;
